Privacy
policy.
This policy explains how FlexTherm collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit our website, request an OEM quote, or use our carbon nanotube flexible heating products and connected temperature-control services.
How FlexTherm handles your data.
This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes how FlexTherm and its affiliates ("FlexTherm", "we", "us") collect, use, disclose and otherwise process information that relates to you. It applies to personal information collected online and offline — including when you visit our websites, submit a customisation or sampling enquiry, communicate with our engineering and sales teams, or use products and applications that link to this Policy (together, the "Services").
FlexTherm is a business-to-business manufacturer of carbon nanotube flexible heating film, flexible electrodes and NTC smart temperature-control systems. Most of the personal information we process belongs to professional contacts at brands, Amazon and Shopify sellers, gift companies and therapy labels, rather than to consumers.
By using the Services or providing us with personal information, you acknowledge the handling practices described here. Where a signed OEM/ODM supply agreement or a data processing agreement contains different terms, that agreement takes precedence for the data processed under it.
This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Warranty Terms and Return Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Services. Questions can be sent at any time to privacy@flextherm.com.
Information we collect.
The categories we collect depend on how you interact with us: browsing the site, requesting a quote, signing a supply contract, or using a connected heating product.
Identifying information
Name, company, job title, business email, phone number, shipping and billing address, and contact preferences you provide in enquiry or sampling forms.
Commercial & payment data
Purchase orders, tooling and sample records, invoices, payment method and bank reference details processed by our payment and banking partners — we never store full card numbers.
Usage & device data
IP address, browser and device type, referring pages, pages viewed, session duration and approximate location collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Product & sensor data
Where a heating system includes NTC smart control or app pairing: temperature set-points, session duration, firmware version and fault codes. This telemetry is technical and is not used to profile individuals.
Communications
Emails, chat transcripts, RFQ documents, engineering drawings and support tickets you send us, together with our replies and internal notes.
Third-party sources
Business directories, trade-show registrations, marketplace partners, logistics carriers and social media platforms where you interact with FlexTherm content.

Children's privacy
The Services are directed at businesses and adult professional users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact privacy@flextherm.com and we will delete it promptly.
Third-party links
Our site may link to marketplaces, partner brand stores and social platforms operated by others. Their privacy practices are their own; we recommend reviewing their policies before sharing information.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised "last updated" date and, where legally required, communicated to you directly.
Privacy FAQ.
No. FlexTherm does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA and similar state laws.
No. The controller records only technical values — set temperature, session duration, firmware version and fault codes. Location is never collected by the device. If a partner brand's own app adds location features, that app's privacy policy governs it.
For enquiry, quotation and contract data, FlexTherm is the controller. Where we manufacture under your brand and process end-customer data on your instructions, you are the controller and FlexTherm acts as processor under a data processing agreement.
Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or write to privacy@flextherm.com. You will still receive essential transactional messages such as order confirmations, shipping notices and product-safety notices.
Yes. If you are in the EEA or the UK you may complain to your local supervisory authority. We would appreciate the opportunity to resolve your concern first — please contact our privacy team.
Talk to us about your data.
Our privacy team answers access, correction and deletion requests, and supports partners with DPAs, security questionnaires and supplier audits.
This Policy is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice. Mandatory rights under your local law are not affected.
